40 lbs Premium Steaks & Roasts – an assortment of cuts that may include Ribeye, New York Strip, Sirloin, Chuck Roast, Rump Roast, , Short Ribs, Stew Beef, and more.
Because every animal is unique, the exact number and size of each cut will vary. While you can expect an excellent variety of steaks and roasts, specific cuts and quantities are not guaranteed.
